Gabe has assured me that there will be about 35 tapes of the event coming by Sunday.

Of course these tapes will be for Sale.

There will also be a few small door prizes given away.

Sorry you must be 21 to enter, it is a bar.

Please post if you think you might show up, the bartender is wondering about the possible head count.

I might make it, I'll be in Chico for most of the weekend and then stopping off in Placerville on my way back to Sunnyvale . Put me down as tentaive, If I do go I would probably drag 1 or 2 people with me as well.

Just to let you know:

We did a Video Release party in Whitehorse for "2 Stroke Cold Smoke 4" (The guy who busted his jaw on the gap jump is from Whitehorse, if you've seen it :rolleyes: :D)...

We used a (actually, our :D) Non-Profit Recreation Center, Mt. McIntyre Rec Center...

The advantage to this is it's licensed as a 'club lounge', and as a result, minors ARE permitted.

I don't know if California has that licensing option, or if there are any centers using that type of license in your area, but if so, I think they'd be more than happy to partner with your organization... NPO's make LOTS of money off the bar at an event like this (I think we did over $8,000 with 260 people there. :D), so they'll benefit... Plus having the exposure.

...Thought I'd point it out. We had TV's set up all over the building (including a 20' screen), had our main bar and a portable... Plenty of room for merchandise and video sales...

Maybe for the next one.

Hey Rich......great idea, lame location.
The Round Table Pizza in Cameron Park has a banquet room with tv and vcr and we could reserve it at NO CHARGE. And the wet behind the ears group could attend. Call me and i;ll make the arrangements.

If Yall need any LCD projectors and Screens, and sound gear lemme know, i work for a pro audio / sound company in sactown.
