towing a trailer and jeep with an s10 blazer seems crazy in itself.

Looks like someone mixed up the clutch and brake loading. :) I'd think a panic stop would have left a bigger dent, but mabey it wasn't that hard of a stop. Doesn't seem like a particularrly safe tow rig, either.

This is why you always want the strongest chains on the rear of the rig.

The Jeep wasn't tied down, and they hit a bump while slowing. The Jeep popped up over the front rail and nailed them.

i have a confession to make...... that happened to me not too long ago.... cept it was a little scout 800, and i have a PSD.... turns out no brakes on the 800 cause it to keep going, too bad i didn't have one of the nice rails on the front of my trailer.

it went off, and came within about 2" of my truck, never hit it. it cleared the jack going over, then once the front axle passed it, dropped off, and now i couldn't just pull it back, cause 18" of the jack was in the way... we had to jack up the 8000 high enough to remove the jack, and then make ramps to get the front tires back up on the trailer, all while trying not to let it roll forward and hit my PSD (we did have it chained to a truck pulling back so it wouldn't, but MAN i didn't want that to happen!!!) all in all it was a terrible, terrible, extremely embarassing thing to have happen.... and NO i don't have any pics damnit!! :flipoff2: :flipoff2:

so, lesson learned, be even more careful loading/unloading things than you can possibly imagine, it some scarey stuff when that happens! im retarted...

About a year and a half ago, a friend of mine's truck's wheelbearing siezed up on him leaving him stranded about 120 miles from home.... he asked if I could tow him home and he would pay for gas and food....little did he know he was going to pay for a new tailgate for my truck and jack for my trailer.....he was loading it with and I was guiding him to set my tongue weight and told him to stop....instead of hitting the brakes he POPED THE CLUTCH TO STALL THE MOTOR, so the truck smacked the load bar on the end of the deck, landed on top of the jack crushing his radiator, stopped in my tailgate and busted the hub off of his spindle with the bad bearing :mad3:

Lesson learned....don't let idiots load trucks on your trailer :shaking:
