been looking around to see how to pull the shifter handle off my 435, all i have found is something about a collar to turn, but it doesnt look like its on my 435

so how does the shifter come out? i tried just pulling it, but no luck..

The round think the shifter goes through with the slot in it needs to be pushed down on and turned counter clockwise if i remember correctly
