We are doing a survey regarding the presence of Law Enforcement Officials on the Rubicon Trail. We would appreciate your input so that we can build correlation between law enforcement presence and any decrease in infractions. Under no circumstances will any respondent's names be released.

I will be at Loon Lake on Thursday 15 evening and friday 16th morning till noon
Camping at spider or buck island friday night! Camping at the springs Saturday night. Second trip to the con and loving it! I will make a log if I can help.

Saw these two down on the Con this weekend and they were definitely looking for open containers, registration(green sticker), and fires. Really nice guys it was good to see them out there. Saw a Sheriff out by the campsites down by Loon lake late at night and one of the campsites immediately doused their illegal campfire. So does their presence work? Yes I'd say it does.

BTW We met these guys right behind Little Sluice

Had to do the second pic of my boy. These guys were really friendly with us and not seeming to be out there to harass anybody not doing anything wrong.

One more thing they were looking for folks with no helmets on quads and bikes.
