So I'm going to trade my 347 stroker in for parts to finish my '74 Bronco. Now, I'm thinking about what route to take for the "ultimate motor" for my EB in a few years down the road. This truck will see lot's of street use, and as far as off roading goes mostly sand (glamis etc) and some crawling. I'd like to run EFI. I've also grown interested in turbo chargers on v8's. Now, what would be your suggestions for a motor that could live up to this abuse and high expectation of power? (talking atleast 600hp) and I don't give half a rat's ass about brand loyalty, chevy in a ford doesn't bug me one bit. I want all the little details, from the heads, type of block, to rockers and cam specs. I guess i'll have to put in a cash limit of 15k and at the absolute max 20k. time to dream :D
