Hello, I am installing cj turn signals on my tj for flat fenders. My problem is the cj lights have a simple 2 wire config and the tj has 3. Several blown fuses later I can't seem to find the right combo. Can anyone give me any advice? The tj wire setup has a brown, black with yellow stripe and a plain black. I realize I needt to mount the cj blinkers for propor grounding.
Thanks

The TJ wiring is interesting for the blinkers. Right side Black is ground,Black yellow is running lights hot, Tan turn signal hot intermitten ground controlled by multi function switch.Left side Black is ground, gray is turn signal intermitten ground by multi function switch, black yellow running lights. You cannot send the gray or the tan wired to ground it will short and cause your fuse to blow. Make sense?

Yes I found if you just leave the TJ black alone and connect the black/yellow to the red everything works fine.
