Well, I went and started to cut on the cruiser. From here I need to figure out how much I really want to dovetail the cruiser. right now I have about 7" narrower than stock in the rear.
Should I go more?
Also, does anyone have a hulk of a cruiser tub that I could get a couple of inches of upper rail off of to make everything fit up well?
I also added a pic of the portion that I cut off. I was one of the few that hides perfectly good sheetmetal with diamond plate ;) No rust Nevada trucks rock :flipoff2:

I like what you have done there...you may want to tag a little more there...I know that much though will be a BIG help.

Here is a picture of my friend Lance's Jeep from the rear. FYI his truck is 81" to the outside of the 42's.

I still have the chunk that came out of the 40 to 45 chop.
Let me know how much rail you need and I can send it to yah :)
BTW rigs looking sweet so far. Looking forward to updates.

Right on,
All I need is about 10" of rail (I probably only need 2 or 3" but having extra is never a bad position to be in.)
What do you want for it?
I'll PM you my addy

No problem, just pay for the ride. It's in the scrap pile so dont sweat it.

Don't worry man, it takes all of us 2 years to finish our junk anyway, so you're not that far behind.
The dovetail looks killer Jason!! Great idea. I thought about doing that with the new tub I got but I think it's too damn nice to cut up just yet.........So I am gonna beat it with a hammer before I cut it up. That should work.
