Well after several liberal doses of PB blaster...still couldn't get the panhard bar off. I need power tools.
Brought it to my buddy. Less than five minutes later, panhard bar is off.
Long story short, I had order the bushings from Rovers north there part # is RNS049 and the part# on the package is ANR3410. Looking at atlantic british with the part number comes up with the panhard rod bushing. So It looks like I have the right part....but they are like half the size. Panhard rod doesn't look modified.
Previous owner did the suspension upgrades...but I wasn't aware that a panhard rod would would be part of the mods.

I'm at a loss. To my knowledge, its a sarari gard setup.

sounds like you got the wrong part, maybe you have a panhard bushing for a 4.0/4.6 or disco II

Part looks the same. Label on the part jives with Rovers North and atlantic british.

Got through to Safari Gard....they don't make their own Pan hard rod....so it rules that out. It was worth a shot.

Only place that I see that makes one is rovertym and its adjustable, and mine isn't.

Yeah, I'm going back to his shop after work, with camera in hand.

Doesn't make a lot of sense, I know.

All is fixed.

Nevermind.

The only thing greater than one idiot, is two idiots.
