I'm looking for some one in the pacific northwest(prefer seattle area) who can do a proper spring-over on my fj40. Also what should I expect to pay. I'd do it my self if I knew how to weld.

Try Randy's Off Road in Marysville, north of Everett.

At some point, just about every member in Cascade Cruisers. W was the president and does quality work.

S&N Fab in Marysville/Arlington. They're about 2 miles from Randy's and do far superior work IMO. They're still small enough that Trevor, Jason and Tom are the ones doing the work - not supervising a bunch of highschoolers.

instead of paying someone to do all and send vehicle there just get a new axle housing that is already soa and has cut and turn . then just unbolt and switch everything.

But the real question is where do I find such an axle?

Check manufacturers corner on IH8MUD forum, look for Profits Cruisers. He is a member here too I think. He does a cut and turn front axle, then you send your old one as a core.

Get one from Steve at Extreme Bends just up across the border.

I would do a SOA but I am just too busy. I do have an old rear housing that is setup both ways.... I also have one with a great track bar that I would sell.
