Wanted to know what the timeing should be set at on a 1990 460 EFI :question:

With the SPOUT connector removed, you can set the timing like any other vehicle. I have mine set to 10* BTDC. Or you can do the turn and run and look for ping method and re-adjust as necessary depending on your alititude and gas quality.
