Don't order yet. Email what you want exactly, and I will see if I can use my influence to save you some money. What are you paying for the stuff with the place you quoted?

opinion do i need to hook up the vaccume disconect for the front 60? this will only disconect one (pass side) tire right that will not help turning (maybe one direction)

(my TJ disconects power in the t-case to the front axle... it does not have hubs or a vaccume disconect axle)

I would try and get a 1 peice shaft in place of that disconect setup, definatly a good source for a future week link. Also the only way a TJ disconects the front end is by putting it in 2x4 I don't see what your trying to say by saying your TJ disconects power in the T-case, thats how ALL part time 4x4 systems work.

I'm with cowmoo, weld it, weld it, weld it. Why spend $200 when you can spend $5. I can't see the strength of the spool over the strength of the carrier being an issue.

problem is i dont have a carrier that will work. I have the small gear carrier and i am going to 5.38 gears which require the larger carrier so

REAR
Welding it will cost me 50$
Spool 200$
Detroit 500S

Front ???
a) do i need the CAD axle disconect for rocklock 160$? (i have a detroit in my 30 without hubs and without the CAD)
b) what locker ?
