Ok, I can't get the knuckles off my 44. 2 ball joint nuts came off, the other 2 I had to cut off. Now, using a BFH and a ball joint fork dealy I still can't get them off. I'm scared I'm going to bend and ear or the tube. Any suggestions for this and then how to get the old ball joints out? I've never changed a ball joint before. Everything has been soaked for days in Liquid wrench too.

well, If you have the nuts off the top and bottom, try backing out the theaded sleave on the upper balljoint a bit if you can. if you can still get the big nut on the upper, put it one and get a bigger hammer. may wanna try tapping the actual knuckle a bit to knock it loose.

2 big ass hammers, smack both sides of the ear with both hammers at the same time HARD. it will usualy "spit" out the ball joint by breaking any rust and using its taper against it

Keep pounding, it will pop out. Get a bigger BFH

I guess I'm just being too worried about bending the ears. I'll try that.

i used a deadblow, i had been warned to use a brass hammer or something soft. i gave it a couple taps with a regular heavy hammer though. oh noes! my wheels are going to fall off! i don't know...try the sideways smack though for sure and if you've got two hammers hit em both at the same time on opposite sides like suggested.
