Whats the price for everything there required to make a Kit?
Scott@Rockstomper

Kits depend on which components you need or want.
2.75x8x1.5 cylinder, $420
2.75x10x1.5 cylinder (Mog/Rockwell!) $430
2.25x8x1.25 cylinder, $320
Performance pump, $140-on-up
Steering control valve, $300-on-up
Reservoir, $45
High-pressure filter, $15
Column, $60
Coupler, $20-on-up
Mounting bracketry, tabs, etc., different stuff, varies by your needs.
There's no canned-answer one-size-fits-all setup--we've got different parts for different applications, so no one-price-fits-all either.

can you mount the control valve straight to the firewall and then run the hydro hoses to the ram?????

price for the 2.25x8x1.25 single ended ram, steering valve(2-3 turns lock to lock), sterring column and coupler, shipped to business addy 98272

Blackx, you can mount the valve anywhere you want to, that you can get the column to it and the hoses into it. Common is either right behind the wheel (on most buggies) or in place of the steering box on the frame (in most production-based stuff).
Toyotanut, we don't carry a single ended ram at all--I'll assume you meant double ended. Can do 2 turns, or 3.5 turns, on what's in-stock. If you want less than three, I'd recommend non-return. Assuming non-return, and that you meant to type double-ended, $320+300+60+20+19=$719. If my assumptions of what you want are wrong, correct me, and I'll revise my estimate.

Non-return orbitals are $300, return, $350, in either displacement size that we stock.
Return must be used with a balanced steering system; non-return can be used with either balanced or unbalanced systems.

Just got word that we've got another shipment of orbitals arriving early next week, so we'll be able to pull from stock for return or non-return, for anything from a D44 on 35's through a Rockwell on 53's, using the strongest components available.

I might be needing a pump and resevoir.
My set up is a dan foss valve
and a single ended cylinder right now.
My stock saginaw is shot on my ford 460.
How much for the pump and bracket/ res?

Basic performance pump is $140, reservoir is $45. We don't have pump brackets; quasi-universal reservoir bracket is $15.

Got a pile more orbitals in, both return and non-return, plus pumps, more cylinders, and even got some basic econo single-rod cylinders in 2" and 2.5", in addition to the big bad-boy stuff we've had all along.

Scott, do you have everything in stock for ram assist? Same set up RE:Todd got from ya.

At the moment on the ram assist, no--waiting on 1.5" cylinders to come in.

'k, got 1.5x6" assist cylinders on the shelf now, but waiting on 1.5x8" units. If you've got typical Toy high steer, the 6" is what you'd want (trying to remember what Re:Todd got, and drawing a blank), low steer calls for the 8".

Ok im running 4x4labs double double arms and was wanting to go to assist and was wonder if the 6" or 8" would be needed. I have my box tapped, so how much for the rest of what i need?
thanks

Oh and on your site you have that photo of a toy on its side in some ones lawn. Whats the story behind that?
Scott@Rockstomper

Not familiar with those arms--the ram needs to have at least as much stroke, as the tierod has travel. So just decide on a couple of reference points, one on the axle, one on the tierod, cycle to full lock one way, measure, then cycle to lock the other way, and measure again. Difference is the tierod stroke, and you'll need a cylinder to stroke at least that far.
1.5" bore assist kits run $225 for cylinder, lines, tabs, and fittings.
The Toy on its side was mine before I cut it up; it was put over (very carefully--the sheetmetal never actually hit the ground) for undercarriage pictures.

Scott,
I Recieved your orbital valve P/N 100 NR on Wednsday. I don't have it with me right now and I am trying to order the necessary fittings. What are the size of the port?

oh oh oh , I can answer that.
They are 3/4 o-ring fittings
Scott, I got all my stuff on, and it works great going to test it out this weekend.
For anyone that needs a pully that works with scotts pump, I used this one, GM part number 000014084343, its a double groove pulley with the first groove really offset towards the pump and the 2nd groove in the "normal" spot for the P/S
