Tx Outlaw 01-23-2002, 08:01 PM I understand that GM 8-lug parts can be swapped between a 10-bolt and D44. Can the GM parts be swapped to a Ford Hi-pinion 44 to convert it to 8-lug? I have an 8-lug 10-bolt now, but would like something a little stronger. Are 4.56 gears the lowest for the hi-pin 44? Are 5.13's available for the Ford hi-pin 60? Thanks!
