I did it, but I still don't have any pictures.
I had to cut out the front crossmember, radiator support, etc. When cutting out the front crossmember, you also remove the front body mount, so I built a body mount inside each front wheel well. You have to open up the tunnel a bunch, just hack the corners off of the firewall and weld in some patch panels. Stock steering column probably won't clear the exhaust manifold, I used the Cadillac Tilt & Telescoping column, it is pushed all the way up against the inner fender. I used the cadillac power steering box, and the cadillac radiator also. For the motor mounts, I used some 1/2" plate. It is basically laid on top of the frame rail, and bent down until it is the corret angle to meet the engine. It is then gusseted back to the bottom of the frame, and a piece of 1"x3" rect. tubing ties both motor mounts together like a cradle. I used a '80 Cad 368 rear sump oil pan, and a remote oil filter adapter to keep the filter away from the pig on the front axle. Exhaust is the stock '69 472 manifolds, custom y-pipe, single exhaust out the back.
Basically its going to take lots of cutting, a little welding, and some creativity to stuff it in there. Its worth it though. :D:D

Yes the pan I am using is a rear sump. The eldorado pan is also rear sump, and a pan off a 425 will be mid sump.

mid sump won't work in most applications, I had to have my pan and pick-up tube modified to get a 425 into a 79 chevy malibu.
An Eldorado pan is ALWAYS best.
