Looks good. Tge only thing I see is that there seems to be no protection for your lights from the bottom. Maybe add a plate to go underneath them so they don't get :nuke:

Looks good, did you make or buy the pivot for the carrier? How did you attach the tow points? Are they welded to just the out side edge of the bumper? or did they go all the way through and are welded on both sides? or are they part of the frame mount for the bumper and just extended through the bumper itself?

Looks like a Rockstomper pivot, I've got one and it's nice.
Like said before, if you wheel it, protect those lights with some solid small diameter rod or something. Keep an eye on those shackles, the through pins like to loosen up while you're driving and fall off. Could be bad both for you and the guy behind you. I've seen it happen numerous times. Plus guys like to steal them, too.

I likes your photochop on the liscense plate.
Too bad it's 8 letters; FLIPOFF2 would be the greatest tag ever. I don't care if no one in my entire state would understand it, I'd get it anyway.
cause I'm a nice guy and I saw them on another board :D:D

Hey Kyle!
The D-rings are attached to the bumper mounts. They go from the frame thru the bumper to those tabs that the D-rings are on.
The hinge is custom. It is basically a hub turned sideways. That bolt holds it to the bumper and the weight is on some bearings. It's tight, but the bumper is flexing so I'm going to weld a place so I can get a longer bolt and have it go thru a second place on the bumper. It should eliminate that flex.

If I was to do it all over again, I'd machine another step into it for a seal. but it'll be okay. Then, there is a grease zert in it for easy greasing. :D

It's hard to see on that pic, but the lights sit inside the bumper. There is a plate right underneath them. Unless I hit a rock exactly the same size as the light and in the exact spot the light is in, it will hit the bumper first. And still, there is a plate there that will guard it too against minor stuff.
The only thing that isn't fabbed is the latch. I got it from northern tools. That latch is 3/4". If you do a search for them on yahoo, it will come up then do a search for 'latch' and it's on the second page.
