I have one similar to the one above. I am STILL trying to find a sending unit for it. Anyone know of one?
BTW mine was in a SCCA car for a season and the foam was a mess. I removed it. If you are going to keep it run a good filter!!
I have heard of people cutting up quart oil jugs and putting them in to fix the sloshing but have never seen it done.
Here's the car it was in. :D

I had the 22 gal. Pro Sport fuel cell in my big rig. DO NOT USE FOAM INSIDE....it breaks down and becomes a PITA/NIGHTMARE!! You can get 1 with a 90 ohm (GM) sending unit and you can put the Auto Meter gauge on it and your done. Once again DO NOT USE FOAM!!!! Don't forget the tip over valve.... :p :D

I think I will have to buy a new fuel cell. I don't have anyplace where the signal wire can get out of the tank, plus the opening is like 5 or 6 inches with a big twist cap. Maybe I can call and ask. The description for the items is not the best. Thanks for the lead. :D

I GOT MINE FROM A VW MAGAZINE FOR $89 including mounting straps and gas cap. it's 10" diameter and 34 or so " long spun aluminum. looks real cool and holds 10 gallons. they also have other sizes available but no return line. i got a buddy that can weld alum, so no big deal fer me. but hey, they are real cheap and pretty.
