Air Compressor Pulleys

So a friend of mine got a deal on a compressor but it was minus a pulley. I have been asking around but nobody seems to have one.

Anybody know where he could get a new one made?

If you have a Tractor Supply store local they have a whole bunch of pulleys in stock.
