klif02 08-10-2004, 12:44 AM I am having a shit of a time, there are four bolts that bolt the box to the frame and I can't get the last one off, its closest to the lower radiator hose and a closed end wrench won't fit and I am afraid of stripping it out, is there somthing easier for me to do that I am missing, thanks for the help Anyway I am swapping in axles, and putting marlins high steer on if that helps! a2b 08-10-2004, 05:43 AM hmmm. i took mine off pretty easy. but i also had the fender and axel removed when i did it. sounds like you might need to spray some liquid wrench on it and try some other tools to make it work for you. with the right tool, it will come right off Toyoda 08-10-2004, 09:35 AM I just did this last night. I used alot of extensions on a ratchet, and came from the top. klif02 08-10-2004, 01:55 PM but the box is on the way, on the frame there are two on top and two on the driver side of the frame, they bolt the box straight to the frame, the one I am having trouble with is the one that is on top and farthest to the front. There is no way to get a box wrench or a socket on there!
