I have a factory SM465 to Chevy Dana20 in my Wrangler. I'd like to swap the 20 out for something with a little better low range. Is there anything else that will bolt up? Its a REALLY strange bolt pattern. I've never seen anything like it before.

You sure it's a D20? I didn't think D20s ever came behind four speeds. Got pics?

Get a complete SM465 with an attached 208 or 241 from an 81-91 fullsize.
Does the Tera 3.15 gearset not work on all the Dana 20's?

The one's that I have seen came out of late 60's half ton trucks-blazers. Would it be possible to swap in some of the gears from a bronco 20 or some of the low gear sets for a jeep?

They came in Blazers/Jimmys only - '69 - '74 or so. You can swap in a 205 if you get one with the 465 adapter. There is nothing else that will work with that adapter. GM made all of the adapters such that the rear driveshaft was the same length no matter what tranny/t-case you got.

Maybe that is true, but when I swapped a NP205 into my truck (replaced stock Rockwell T221) The rear d-shaft had to be shortened about 2". If it matters, '69 was a transition year for the Rockwell and the NP case. Also, I have seen some earlier K20's with one-piece driveshafts (stock). Mine has a 2 piece rear.

That may only apply to the '69 and newer stuff with various trannys (auto, 3 and 4 speed) connected to NP205s and Dana 20s>

That was the case when I decided to swap an sm465 in place of my th350 in my 79 Blazer. They made the sm465 adapter a few inches longer to compensate for the shorter length of the manual. I was real happy when I realized I wouldnt have to get my alredy new custom driveshaft lengthened.
