Have you ever bid on ebay? It's just like that. Where you set your maxium, it bids just slightly above the previous high bidder. It will continue to do so either until you have won the bid or someone has out bid your maximum bid. Does that make sense? Ifnot check out www.ebay.com , it'll expalin it all there.
