Take a look here: Building Suppliers (http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=270056)
Also read through Camo's post about the height. Originally I throught of 10' high walls, but 14' doesn't increase the price that much, and opens up a lot more options/storage. Details here: 30' x 50' shop layout (http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=270824)

The most affordable way I have found is to use rough cut sawmill lumber. I recently built a 30x40 with 10 foot walls and 6 inch concrete floor for under $10,000.
The concrete was the most expensive part, and I got the sheetmetal at cost.
