warped die?

is it possible for a die to warp? it seems like my tube is kinda twisting in my die. has anyone else seen this happen?

While I am definitely not an authority on tube bending, I thought all tube rotated slightly as the die was cast.

i thought the same thing but it used to never be noticable. when i bend a 180 degree bend it is twisted slightly.

I have a digital degree meter on the tube while i am bending, I usually see about a .8 degree of twist through a 90 degree bend?? not shure why but have asked the question to myself more then once.

What kind of bender is it?

If you set your 180 on something flat does it contact the surface all the way around? If so then there is nothing wrong but if not something is screwed up. How old is the bender and what has it been bending?
