Hi,

I'v been thinking of putting a set of 78/79 Bronco axle in my ZJ. I know I have to narrow them. I'm not sure how to treat the ABS system. If you dont have the tone rings and sensors, than dose the system just work like a non ABS system or dose it not work at all. Have any of you been able to make ABS work on older axles?

If you swap axles the ABS will not work. The brakes will still work just fine, but you will have to learn to pump the brakes now, no help from your heep:p .

If you want the abs to work.......leave the axles alone.
