multi-process welders

Anyone using a multi-process welder? Was going to upgrade from my hobart 175 to a miller 251, but I saw this Esab. I think it is called a multi master 260. Mig, Tig and Stick all from one unit. It will not tig alu. For about 2100.00 does not seem too bad. Anyone used any brand of multi-process welder?

Is everything shown in the picture included in that price? If so it seems pretty descent, although I know noting about ESAB units.

I have one, I am very happy with it, If you do not have a DC SMAW machine already the extra $350 above a Miller 251 is money well spent.
