If any one can answer, Auto tranny- type,gear ratios,O/D button? axles front D44, rear 9.75 right?-ratios? TIA Eric Tranny is a 46re, t-case is a nv231HD (wide chain model of whats in the Jeep), O/D button will turn off OD and let the torque converter lock up in 3rd gear, which it won't if O/D is on (light off), front axle is a Dana44 and the rear is Chrysler 9.25". Component build list is on the bottom of the hood behind the grill. The rear may include a Trac-Loc limited slip factory option. Check for "anti-spin" on the build sheet. Tow package included aux tranny cooler between the a/c condensor and radiator. Gear ratio most likely 3.55, but 3.21 and 3.92 are options on the 1500. | |
