Only when you flip the lid on your k&n. :flipoff2:

I noticed a little improvement on my Tahoe from the SOMP meter. I don't think is was worth retail price though. I got it on sale.

The one I had was the type that claimed to create a vortex that improved mileage :shaking: . The only thing that help with is it created a really cool whistle above 3000 rpm that sounded like a turbo and complimented my exhaust real nicely :D .

Now I have a diesel with a real turbo sound. :flipoff2:

depends on different engines. i have the 4.3 fuel injected and i noticed a little bit. to me, i think i am glad i got it. but it is not like that for many other engines.

If its a really good deal then go ahead. You will be happier saving up your money for exhaust and a programmer, or a new throttle body.

The flowmaster exhaust on my Tahoe was AWESOME.

I already have a Flowmaster exhaust , 1990 Sub has no use for a Programer :flipoff2:
