I have to get rid of at least one of my hodakas. I just do not have time to run or work on them all.
1976 Hodaka Road Toad for sale.
New Piston, ring, cyl bore (machine shop), clutch plate, some cables, points, and a bunch of other stuff.
In good shape, very nice tank, airbox, etc.
Flat black rattlecan with road toad green flames. Not professional job (although the flames were laid down with ppg enamal), but looks pretty good.
Bike runs when bump started, and holds good compression, but something is odd in the clutch that I can't figure out. Seat needs to be recovered, but the foam is good, and the pan is as well.
This would make a great beat around bike.
Started building for the girlfriend, she is not interested. Oh well.
Hoping for $600.
If no one is interested, it will get in the local paper, then ebay.
