There's a company in LA that makes a kit to bolt the York to a 350. Can't remember the name. 4wheel parts wholesalers in Fresno, Ca are the ones that told me about it. I think it was a little pricey, though.

I got my mounts off of a cube van that had an AC conversion done to it.

I found a mount off of a van too, but the bracket gets in the way of my power steering belt, and the belt for the compressor would be too far away from the pulleys to work for me

http://www.onboardair.com/ You can buy the whole set up through them, or ust the parts you need.

I grabbed a rotary york from a 1985 4.3 astrovan
the brackets bolted up to my 350 just fine
had to get a fullsize van upper rad hose and waterneck

If you don't already have the York how about using a Sanden comp? It was used on GM's and was an axial design with an oil sump. From what I hear it put out good CFM's, I have one I am going to use ....have not tried it yet. I found mine in a bone yard and snagged the brackets as well for my 350. I will look for a link. John...here is one form Onboardair.com http://onboardair.com/images/9103_4.jpg Just a pic of the GM comp.

I do believe my Sanden unit has a oil res. on it. Mine does look bulkier that the one in the Onboardair website. There is a sump cast into the bottom of my unit, I think it was a late 70's early 80's unit.

onboardair site lists the good units to use for comp. and the sanden comp that has a fill bolt on top is the right one to use.
