Because of YOU, I bought a tow rig today. Get my spot in your yard prepped, I'll be there in the early fall when the rig is dialed and it starts cooling off.

Chris, those pics are absolutely amazing! I don't know that I'll EVER be able to climb those rocks with my Sidekick, as long as I still have IFS, even when I lift it and put 31's on it...

I seem to remember that you're not real big on people putting the Calmini lift on their Kick. Uh, why exactly is that, and how would you do it?

I had someone ask me what to do with a Sidekick, I told them if they wanted to run the rocks, ditch the IFS and do a solid axle conversion. I am sure the Calmini kit is nice, but realistically you need at least 33's on a SPOA Zuk to run the 5 rated trails. 3 of the 4 Zuks on Anaconda had 33's and we all got hung up quite a few times and with the trail being as narrow as it was there was no other option but right up the middle. From what I have read the Calmin kit is a 3" suspension and 3" body lift, I don't think that's enough ground clearance for the hard trails either.

Yeah, I was installing my axles that month so no wheeling for me. We are talking about running it in the next couple of weeks. Rumor has it that tere's a couple other new trails like it out there too.

Yeah, that sounds right. So I'm pretty much stuck on easier trails for now. Well, that's not a bad thing, until I get more experience! She's still totally stock right now.

Thanks!

Would it be possible to run this trail sometime after Feb 9-10? I will hopefully be starting my secret project that weekend. Part of which is a winch.;)

We'll keep that hush-hush. I am going to make a few calls and let you know the date. I don't have a problem with the 16th. So if you have a winch are you gonna try dangling from the cable?

I don't like the sound of that exit road. I mean when I finish a trail, I want to relax. NOT PUCKER.

I didn't get any pix of the guys coming out..they were too far away......but from where we were....it was the hardest, scary-est part!..

.the rest is winch-able.....except for my 50 ft winch cable.....

guess I will have to use a few tow straps to make the last waterfall......or just Gas It!
