What to do here? .250 wall DOM, heim at the one end, want something beefy and rubber/ poly/ whatever at the other.edit: can't get rid of the red X, the pic's at photos.yahoo.com/jjacobs22
This is a top link, I've got a 401 at one end and will be 75:1 crawl on 38-40 inch tires so the link'll have to take a lot of pull.

A leaf spring bushing is what I use. If you have some junk springs laying around you can cut the eye off it and weld it to your DOM

Cool, anybody else?
Oh yeah, for the lower links is sleeving the 1.5 od DOM with 2.0 DOM, welding the ends, plug welds- good idea, or just stupid overkill? I just keep picturing that huge rock dropoff on Upper Helldorado and hanging the jeep off one arm there. :jeep2:
