Can anyone give me the stock measurements of a Discovery for the distance between the Tcase's front and rear outputs, and center of the front & rear axles, along with the height from the ground to the F & R outputs of the Lt230. Also I need to know what the factory pinion angles are. Hell if anyone has a wheelbase/lift/pinion angle spreadsheet that would be killer. I'm trying to figure out my ideal pinion angle with 6-7.5" of suspension lift. I need to figure how much I need to rotate my knuckles to keep the castor where it should be.... and I ain't talkin' bout no rover knuckles either
I would take all the measurements myself but my rover isn't exactly stock, and my factory literature is in the back of a 10'x10' storage unit at the moment... not exactly accessable.

why? assuming you're running a cv driveshaft, as long as it's pointed at the t-case why bother?

Daannngggg...
That will be one tall sucka with 7" of lift and some big tires. Hope you are going full width or never planning on sidehilling or offcamber stuff.

ps. And yes the pinion angle will point directly at the t-case output for a CV shaft (which with 7" of lift you will absolutely have to run). And you won't know what is til you throw the axles under there with the lift on. If you are running all new axles, then just tack on the spring perches and set the truck down on them and measure.

Spring perches? Ssshnigga please :flipoff2:
Fullwidths all the way.
Gotta finish up prepping the axles. Gonna be fun machining my rear hubs, and extracting that damn stud outta my knuckle.
Pics... I got some pics of me screwing with the 60's.. and some other various bits I've picked up. Nothing really special though... yet. Anyone wanna sponser a college boy takin' on a hell of a project :grinpimp: :smokin:
I'm considering doing some comps when it's done.. depending on how soon I can get it done.

What size tyre are you planning on running and what sorta body lift ? ? ? if any
