I can't wait, the jeep is pretty much ready, well, other than that sticking throttle thing, and I gotta come-up with a better windshield frame, (I've broken the fuggin windshield or ruined the frame the last 3 times I wheeled that pos)...oh, and I need to replace the coilover spacers, and beef-up the end of the steering cyl., and rework some of the switches, and add a hand throttle, and fix that damn choke cable, and add a rollover valve to the gas tank, and straighten the skids under the exhaust, and put in a heater and fan, and then I gotta find my list of things to do before we go to Tellico... I better clean out the shop this weekend :eek: Ah... The last major obstacle (also the crux) is still there. With a nice, deep, wet whole to try to climb out of and onto the boulder/ledge. You want some hard sheeet to do......go play on slickrock, (hardrock, if you're an old Tellico vet). Jaymi:D ive got 5 years under my belt there... been on all of them numerous times... but lower 2 in the rain is a fawkin blast!... ahhh i like em all but damn i just like lower 2 for some reason.... i remember my second year there doin a night run with dirt rod and his friends..... all i can say is... holly shit :eek: i thought these guys were nuts, we went down upper 2 at warp speed..lol im running ,at the time, 33's these guys are running 38's or bigger... i hit every part of my under carrage... roflmao.. ahh just love the smokey stories... like the second day ever at tellico, i drove my jeep down.. did slick rock day one, helicopter day 2... i was the only one out of the group ( i wasnt running with dirtrod and the crew) to make it to the top ledge... a guy say's, "give it a little bump.... lol i bumped all right... i stood it straight up... if i wouldnt of pushed the clutch in she would of flopped right on the roof.... daamn that place is fun :D roflmao, and that was with 33x9.50 bfg's limited slip rear, lock right front, the jeep was 7 months old...lol its a shitty pic, but you get the point!
