A little background he has a 3/4 ton plow truck and saw what mine could do, and now he wants to go play too. He got a 80's 2 wheel drive with a good body so we are gonna switch the 4x over to it. Whats gonna go on it is 52" springs on the front, stock 56' on the rear with the front rear spring mount for a shackle flip for lift. A tube frame for the bed skins the frame will be cut off right after the rear spring mounts which may be moved forward to lose some length as it is a long bed, not sure what tires yet or size. Now on to the pics, I will update as we move along we got the bed off and the interior out but it was too dark. I'll get those pics tonite after it is pressure washed.
p.s. that is the motor, the previous owner fragged 3 connecting rods in those pics.

Got the rear suspension and axle out, tranny is out along with both saddle tanks, with the suspension mods we decided a blazer tank between the frame rails would make things easier. Should have the rear mounts bolted back on tonite. Here are the new pic links.

HAHAHA!!! I just had the county commissioner visit me yesterday and give me a fine every three days that I didn't clean up my mess (parts truck crew cab sitting in the driveway on jackstands, and various parts neatly tucked into the side yard). My neighbors understand and put up with me....some asshole down the street called on me, though.... He needs burning poo on his door step.... :flipoff2:

Got the rear suspension into position with the shaved and welded 14ff in it. Now we have to get the shocks mounted and run brakelines so we can get started on the front.
