Dodges typically run 1 brake hose from the engine crossmember to a T-fitting at the center of the axle. Then hard lines run out to each wheel where another brake hose connects to the calipers. On your Chevy, you just have a long brake hose on each side that runs from each frame rail right to the calipers right?
Couldn't you just buy a set of brakes hoses for late 70's or early 80's Chevy one ton and bolt them up? I think the Dodge and Chevy Dana 60 calipers are the same.

If you are looking for a longer brake hose get one for a 2wd Chevy 1t. they are longer than the 4 wd. IIRC there are a couple different hoses available for the '70s and '80s versions, the differences being the size of the hole in the banjo fitting at the caliper end of the hose.
