Grndhog 01-26-2002, 09:42 AM I can get a 8 Lug 44 from a mid to late 70`s Dodge military ambulance cheap. Does anyone have any info on these axles - width, u-joint size , knuckles, is it worth getting or should I continue seaching ? I used the search and only got info back on Ford and GM fronts. I will also be getting the FF60 rear from the same truck so the width realy is a non issue. Not sure of the year but it is open knuckle disk brake axle.
