what model and year of chevy would a 350, SM465, and NP203 have come in?

look in the tech bible would tell you what year the tranny and t-case came in just a match game after that.

the bible says a 203 came with the sm465 in 1974-75

i thought it went all the way up to 79 for the chevys, dana 60, 14 bolt, 454 or 350, sm465, and its a toss up if you find the 203 or 205. am i wrong on that one? oh, and that silly little adapter between the 465 and the 205 that i never understood.

'74 was the magic year for the SM465/NP203 combo (although there may have been some put together in '75 too). I've got such a set up waiting for a Doubler. 'Had to buy the whole truck for $500 but sold the rest for about $350.
