I did some searching, but didn't find anything that was a sure deal. I am also concerned if the flanges will work on my Dana 60. I have a Dodge front D60, but it was a dually. I machined off the wheel flange and drilled the hub/rotor to accept wheel studs to hold the rotor and my wheels on (single wheel offset now). Just need to know the Spicer part numbers for the stubs/drive flanges, and if the flanges will work in that dually hub. It originally came with stock Spicer locking hubs.

I not sure about what stub length you would want, and I was told that there are no spicer flanges available, but the warn 35sp drive flange kit is 39346...about $200
It fits the same outer spline as a d60 lockout (about 3 7/16" dia.)

Whatever the stub length is for the regular single wheel GM Dana 60 fronts. My 30 spline stub from my dually D60 is the exact same as my buddies 30 spline stub from his single wheel GM Dana 60 if that helps?

I don't have a application listing, but if you get the length of the 30 sp from the center of the joint to the end of the shaft I can probably tell you what the spicer p/n is tomorrow. I can't find my book right now.

i am pretty sure that the dodge stub is still the same as a chevy and does not matter if it were a dually or not! Its the fords that are oddbals

My book (1984  ) only shows one 35 sp 1.5" stub w/ the 5-88x u--joint , 11.03 length p/n 3-82-591 ...it could have been superseded by now.
I gotta update this bad boy.

The dodge and chevy stub shaft is the same. The 35 spline stub axle is part number 3-82-871. A difference you can run into is if your dodge 60 is an external mount bearing hub.If so you will have to have custom drive flanges made. Warns are for "internal style"bearing hubs. And yes spicer does make 35 spline drive flanges for "internal style" bearing hubs. The part number is 620861..Get them while you can. They have been on backorder for like 6-8 months(the spicer drive flanges);but, spicer has got them in the wharehouse again.Hope this helps.:D

If your lockout bolts to the bearing hub then you have an external style. If you your lockout slides inside the bearing hub then you have internal style..Hope this helps..:D
