Yea I know not very technical compared to 1/4 elliptical or something but anyway, only hi on the fan blower works and only the intermitten on the rear wiper works - are these just relays or ?

The wiper has a relay about the size and shape of a harmonica they go bad and do that they came in gray or black and different positions depending year and model…. the heater switch I don’t know but shouldn’t be that hard to test.

I had the same problem with my 97 ZJ... ( my old ladys daily driver).. There is a "resistor" right beside the fan motor under the right side of the dash. it looks like a wiring harness goes into plastic and there are 2 screws holding it in. You cant see the resistor until you take the 2 screws out. First disconnect the wiring harness then the screws and voila! ( its kinda in the rear of the motor and real easy to get to!).. Mine was bad and it costs about 30.00 $ from the dealer . That was my problem.

Sometimes those switches get dust built up on them. Try working them back and forth a bunch of times.
