What? Dang search is kickin my butt. What do I need to torque the tre castle nuts to?

Not sure what the spec is, but I take mine to snug with a 3/8 ratchet, then give it a good tug (35-40lbs) until the hole & slot lines up to get the cotter pin through.

I tightened mine up today with a 4' cheater bar...
