Looking at a 78 FJ40 with a V8. I know you can get a water temp conversion to use the stock gauge. What about oil pressure? Anyone? :confused:

I put a T in the stock sensor location and ran a mechanical guage as well as the Toyota gauge. They are pipe threads. With the T being brass I didn't have a problem converting metric to SAE. Also the mechanical guage set came with a bunch of adapters I may have use those to to adapt it. Sense pressure does not need flow it is easier than the water temp. The water temp has to be in flow. For that I ran one in the head and one in the manifold. One mechanical and one Toyota.
