The vehicle here is a '79 Wagoneer with a 360 cid that leaks oil like a bitch. smokes upon start up. (valve stem seals I am assuming). vacuum hoses look like a spaghetti factory and to top it off the stinking thing hasn't been registered in 6 years. has anyone had to smog an old, out of state vehicle lately. I know it has to have the California Emissions sticker under the hood. It does have a Cat. so at least it has that going for it. If it is more than $300 than it isn't worth it to me. Better off parting it out? Help!
