No it is not a HO. You would need to convert it to mass air to get it to make real power. It is speed density and does not take well to mods. It would still be a good engine upgrade for 6 cyl. the way it is.

Dont want to bust up the pair yet. Make me and offer on the tranny and case and we can see what we can do on them both.

How are they condition wise, any leaks/grinding/etc?

I dont have a clue never taken them apart and never ran them. I bought for a project that never got started. I believe it would be hard to hurt a NP tranny and 205 so I would have any problems just bolting them up.
