i just recently went wheelin' and i tore off my pinion AGAIN why the heck can't i break the u-joints. since i've owned the rig (little over 2 1/2 years) i've broken 12 flange bolts and two pinions but never a u-joint and i have the stock u-joints too. why i can't i break somthing that i can get at the local napa or kragen. every time i break somthing i have to trailer it home.

Cruiser U joints are VERY strong..
If you have broken 12 flange bolts I think you need to tighten them more often.. I have never broken one flange bolt..
BTW, stock is way stronger than Napa or Kragen...
And get a good Track bar..

pm'ed ya. Bring that thing over and we'll fix it. and figure out why all the damage. Sounds like major driveline slop to me , along with wobbly flanges at tcase and axle , and to much backlash or slack in the tcase and or rear end.
Where the heck around here are you breakin pinions ? I wanna watch next time :flipoff2:

well the first one i was mud bogging and for i don't know what reason i pull off to the side of the packed ground to talk to my girl freind and sunk it up to the doors in a mud hole then trying to get out but goning first to revearse several times fast tore it off. i didn't know how to drive then and i the last time was about 3 months ago and i was at cow mountain going up some rocks and got really good traction (no traction bar by the way) and then POP!!! no more pinion. i should have any more problems because i just finished going full width D60 rear and D44 front hopfully can rip a pinion on that. but next time i go wheeling i'll pm you and you can come watch me break somthing else.
