pulled the blinker switch on my 70' FJ40, cleaned it out and tested it manually. when i flick the switch both my blinkers work (left and right). h/ever when i re-attached the switch for operation using the upper hand lever, it seems that the upper hand lever does not move the lower switch enough to fully activate the lower switch in the 'right turn signal' direction. i wonder if a new switch is necessary or i how i could to re-adjust the upper hand lever/lower switch in order to activate both right and left turn signals.
has anyone had this problem before ?
