What brand or style headers will work on my SMB 350 in my 72 FJ40? Someone told me that Summit offers a header called "block huggers" Will these work??

My buddy bought some generic shorty headers and they worked fine. :beer:

I run block huggers with my 350 and they work great. IIRC, they are like $70 a pair including gaskets and collectors from Summit.

I too run Hooker Shortie block huggers you can get them from any preformance shop or some of 4x4 shops in your area for 70 to 80 bucks dont forget to carry around your 7/16 open end to tighten them up abut every 50 miles lock tite helps but they like to leak.

I ALSO HAVE THE SUMMIT BLOCK HUGGER HEADERS.......THEY HAVE SMALL PRIMARIES THO//OH WELL ......

THEY DO LIKE TO LEAK SO TIGHTEN THEM A LOT

IF YOU HAVE THE EXTRA $$ SPLURGE THE EXTRA 40$$ FOR THE HOOKERS......THE SUMMIT ONES ARENT THE BEST QUALITY BUT THEY WORK GREAT........
