New tires 37-12.50- 15. Need new rims should I go 8" or 10"? What do you guys run.

with a 12.5" wide tire you could get away with a 8" rim but I would suggest a 10" especially because they are not much more expensive. an advantage of the 8" rim is the fact that it doesn't weigh as much so if that is a concern go 8"

Nope. The advantage of the 8" is you can air down further and the bead will stay seated.

Wider foot print, less sidewall ballooning/rollover, not realy an advantage but shorter tire.

If you read my statement a little closer I said: AN advantage.... I did not say the only advantage. did I? I run a 8" rim on mine ONE of the reasons I chose this is because it is lighter for my four cylinder but it is not the ONLY advantage. I never said it was the only advantage. :flipoff2: but thanks for bashing
