t-case options for ranger

ok im trying to help a friend here.truck 89 ranger 2.9 5spd.whats availale or able to be fabbed up to fit.looking to get lower reduction.he knows can go with atlas but its expensive.whats everyone got.divorced case or doubler possible on this?thanks for any help.

here is a link for you http://www.tandmoffroadproducts.com/ BII doublers thats about the only way you can go. The t case you is actully a good one nice and stong and low for a singal case.

I think dangerranger has a doubler built from a stock cases. Try to search his username.

I am running that T&M doubler in my BII with a c5 auto and it is low and has taken alot of abuse so far with a FS D44 and 9" and 38.5 boggers.... I believe DR is running the same T&M too...

yea DR has the T&M doubler and hasn't managed to kill it yet. (i think he said he melted one down cuz he forgot to put oil in it though)

other than that, without going to a c5 trans, thats all ya got. Put in a c5 trans, you can swap tailshafts around and can do anything available for the EB (D20..and whatever else is out there for it)

dam guys thanks.that might just make him keep the ranger.he did alot of work to it and just didnt want to do atlas.hes trying to stay with the 5spd so this will work.thanks again.anyone thinks of anything else post up.thanks eric

onl thing hes concerned about now is mounting everything in with d44 swap done.dont know if will clear RR crossmember.if someone could post up pics from underneith it would help.thanks for the help guys.

cool thanks.custom xmember shouldnt be a problem.he said he is ordering one so...saved a ranger :D he got to much time into this to see him sell it off.
