is the throttle pressure rod on the AOD the same as a kick down on the C6,do they hook up the same way to the carb? sever the same fuction?

You need to have the TV rod(or cable usualy) adjusted properly, or else :nuke:

its basically got to be a 1to 1 ratio through the range. you can buy a after market manual valvebody that can rely on fixed pressure but you may as well install a manual then.

the tv has to be set right cause it balances against the governor..mal adjusted your tranny will melt.
