What do yall think about this set-up?

Cummins 4BT, with either Dodge or Chevy tranny(that's what they come with in auto applications), the a divorced NP205 T-case, with a front D60 axle from a 1978-79 Ford, then a rear Sterling 10.25"

Get in touch with CumminsBronco I think, because he's done this as has another guy. It's a damn good combination if you ask me.

However, I want to put the 5.9 in a fullsize oneday. I just think that and a 6 speed would be SO badass.... :flipoff2:

I'm saving the 5.9L for a Single cab F350 4x4 94-97 :smokin:

I think this is a kick'in setup. I don't have the time, space, or money to do it right now, but a Diesel Bronco is in my future. I would be very interested in any pics or write-ups on this topic. I've got a 71 with a tired 302 that is begging for a Cummins diesel.

Right now the Bronco is in about 50 pieces.......

It's slow going because everything is spot welded together and it's a bitch to cut everything apart.....

Hope to have it on the road soon.

Got all my spys out for a Cummins 4BT but I am having problems locating one.....hopefully one will show up soon

Where does Dodge come into play?

The only Dodge part would be the tranny......and that is the NV4500

Nothing esle would be Dodge

Not even the tranny is dodge... Its new venture... Dodge just used them in thier trucks, but they also used the 5.9 CTD in their trucks... So his whole statement of ford>dodge, is a load of crap.

I didn't know about the tranny but I figured it wasn't even theirs.

I KNEW the motor wasn't in ANY way related to Dudge
